Our Projects
Tree of Life Work-a-ways
Work-Aways & Local Helpers
Work-Aways:
Join us at the Tree of Life (TOL) as a work-away, exchanging your labor for food and accommodations. While there is no financial compensation, your work schedule is flexible, allowing for days with varying levels of activity and time off as needed. We welcome international visitors through programs like Work Away and HelpEx.
Local Helpers:
Local helpers can participate on a day-by-day basis, trading their work for meals without financial compensation.
On-Site Work:
Both work-aways and local helpers can contribute in various ways, such as cooking communal meals, housekeeping, collecting wood, building maintenance, gardening, and more. Each individual is encouraged to express their uniqueness through their work.
Spiritual Activities:
Our mission includes hosting spiritual workshops like yoga, meditation, and enlightenment intensives. Work-aways and local helpers may be invited to participate as part of their contribution.
Forms:
Interested in joining us? Please read the Welcome Guide, the Work-away and Local Helper Guide, and Orientation, then fill out the Inquiry Form and Waiver Form. Send your completed forms to Ian Goudie at [email protected].
