August 28 to 30, 2026

Lunar Tides is a two night, three day immersive Full Moon retreat held on the sacred grounds of The Tree of Life in Newfoundland. The focus of this weekend is connection to nature and experiencing how time on the land supports a true nervous system reset.

Friday Evening
You arrive at the beautiful Tree of Life, are shown your space, and given time to settle in. We’ll share a meal together and gather for an opening meditation. The evening will include a short breathwork session to ground and arrive fully, followed by our first immersive sound bath of the weekend.

Saturday
Saturday is a full, intentionally curated day.

We begin with morning meditation and journaling, followed by breakfast together. After breakfast there is spacious time. You may swim in the waterfall, hike the fog forest, read quietly, gather a small group for a walk, or sit in the kitchen with a cup of tea. This time is yours.

Mid morning we meet for a medicinal silvotherapy walk guided by Angie Ryan. We’ll move through the forest, forage herbs and plants native to Newfoundland, and return for a plant medicine and herbal tea session exploring what grows on this land and how it can be used.

Following this session there will be time to integrate and rest before supper.

Saturday evening we gather a little earlier for supper, and then move into the deeper work of the weekend: a full Insight Breathwork session led by Captain Leslie Kenney, followed by group Spinal Energetics and an immersive sound bath to close the night.

Sunday
Sunday morning begins with meditation and journaling, followed by breakfast. We will then gather for a group Reiki share with Reiki Master Charlie Marie and Reiki practitioners Angie and Leslie, and close with a simple ceremony to complete the weekend. We will wrap up by 11 am.

Throughout the weekend you will experience meditation, journaling, two breathwork sessions, silvotherapy and plant medicine education, Spinal Energetics, Reiki, sound healing, waterfall swimming, forest time, and community meals.

There is a full schedule, but it is not rigid. Every offering is optional. You are welcome to participate fully, or take time for yourself whenever you need it. The structure is there to support you, not control your experience.

Lunar Tides is a chance to step away, spend meaningful time on the land, and reconnect in a grounded and intentional way.
