Designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit through movement, meditation, and deep inner exploration, this retreat is led by Robyn and Merlin, two seasoned facilitators and experienced space holders, offering a safe and sacred container for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Shared lodging and nourishing meals are included, allowing you to fully settle in, soften, and be held by the land and the community.

The journey begins on Friday with grounding practices, a nourishing supper, and a sound bath to help you settle into the space. Saturday unfolds with Shakti dance meditation, intention-setting, and movement experiences to align and energize your body. The day transitions into a powerful sacred plant ceremony, led with reverence and Indigenous invocation, providing a safe space to explore and expand your inner world.

Sunday focuses on integration, starting with optional morning practices, group check-ins, and nourishing dyadic exercises to help you process and anchor your experiences. We’ll close the retreat with a heartfelt prayer and intention-setting ceremony, leaving you refreshed, empowered, and aligned with the rhythms of the natural world.
