A retreat for people who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they cannot seem to shift, or looking to deepen their current practice.

Through mindfulness, gentle yoga, breathwork, nervous system education, restorative practices, Reiki, reflection, and rest, you will be guided through a grounded and meaningful weekend designed to help you soften survival mode and experience more peace, clarity, and freedom in your daily life. This retreat is for people who are tired of pushing through, tired of holding it all together, and ready for something deeper than surface level self care.
