Bloom in the Wild
Facilitator: Kayla Ann
There is a quiet kind of healing that happens when we step away from the noise and return to the land.
Bloom in the Wild is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with yourself, your body, and the natural world. Held in the wild beauty of Newfoundland, this retreat offers a space to rest, breathe deeply, and remember what is true within you.
Open to both men and women, this experience is for those who feel called to come home to their body, walk gently on the earth, and reconnect through presence, honesty, and care.
Surrounded by forest and fresh air, we gather in a simple, intimate setting where simplicity becomes medicine.
The Experience
This retreat weaves together embodied healing and connection with nature through:
• somatic movement & nervous system support
• breathwork & meditation
• heart-opening rituals & ceremony
• bodywork
• nature immersion & grounding practices
• nourishing meals & integration time
• circle sharing & reflection
This is not about forcing change, but allowing it to unfold naturally through safety, presence, and softness.
